18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Notice

Luvra Inc. (“Luvra”) is committed to full compliance with the United States Code, Title 18, Section 2257, and Section 2257A, and the corresponding regulations issued by the U.S. Department of Justice (28 C.F.R. § 75).

Records Statement

All visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct displayed, hosted, or otherwise transmitted on clubluvra.com (the “Site”) are either:

  1. exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. § 75 because they do not depict actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)–(D); or
  2. subject to the record-keeping requirements of those sections, and the records required by law are maintained by the original producers of the content. As to such content, Luvra is not the primary producer (as defined in 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(2)) and serves only as a secondary producer.

With respect to any content for which Luvra is the primary producer or otherwise required to maintain records, the custodian of records is:

Performer Verification

Every creator who publishes adult content on Luvra is required to complete identity and age verification through our third-party verification provider before any such content is made available on the Site. Verification includes a government-issued photo ID and a live-captured biometric image of the creator. Records of these verifications are retained in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 / 2257A and applicable regulations.

User-Submitted Content

Creators who upload content to the Site warrant that all performers depicted are at least 18 years of age and have signed a model release authorizing the depiction and its publication on the Site. Creators are responsible for retaining the original records as required by law. Luvra retains a record of the creator’s identity verification and the date and time of every upload as a secondary producer.

Reporting Concerns

If you believe content on Luvra depicts a minor, or if you wish to report any other 2257-related concern, please contact our Trust & Safety team immediately at safety@clubluvra.com. All reports are reviewed promptly, and content is removed pending investigation when warranted.

This statement is made in good faith and in conformity with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A. Nothing in this notice is intended to admit any obligation under those sections with respect to any specific content displayed on the Site.
