Cancellation & Refund Policy

Luvra Inc. (“Luvra”, “we”, “us”) offers paid subscriptions and one-time purchases on clubluvra.com. This page explains how to cancel a recurring subscription, how refunds are handled, and how to contact us or our payment processor if you need help with a charge.
1. How to Cancel a Subscription
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to subscriber-only content continues until the end of the current billing period, after which it ends automatically.
There are three ways to cancel:
- From your Luvra account. Sign in, open Settings → Subscriptions, find the subscription you want to cancel, and click Cancel subscription. Your card will not be charged again.
- Through CCBill (our payment processor). Visit support.ccbill.com and use the “Look up your purchase” tool to find and cancel any subscription billed by CCBill on behalf of Luvra.
- By contacting us. Email support@clubluvra.com with your account email or username and we will cancel the subscription on your behalf.
2. Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, because access to the subscribed content is granted immediately upon payment. Refund requests are nonetheless reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted, in Luvra’s sole discretion, in cases such as:
- duplicate or accidental charges;
- a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the content you paid for;
- unauthorized use of your card that you have reported promptly;
- any other situation we determine warrants a refund.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through CCBill. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
3. Tips, Pay-per-View & One-Time Purchases
Tips, unlocked posts, and other one-time purchases are non- refundable except where required by law or where Luvra determines, in its sole discretion, that a refund is warranted (for example, a technical failure that prevented delivery of the unlocked content).
4. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@clubluvra.com within 30 days of the charge with:
- your Luvra username or account email;
- the date and amount of the charge;
- the last four digits of the card that was charged (so we can locate the transaction without you sending the full number);
- a brief description of the reason for the request.
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
5. Billing Issues — Contact CCBill
Card statements for Luvra purchases will display CCBill or “CCBill *Luvra” as the merchant of record. If you do not recognize a charge or are unable to reach us, you can contact CCBill consumer support directly:

6. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us at billing@clubluvra.com before disputing a charge with your card issuer. Most issues can be resolved within a day. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in suspension of your Luvra account pending review, in addition to any action taken by your card issuer.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or by a notice within the platform.
