Luvra uses SMS messaging exclusively for transactional account verification and security-related notifications (for example, one-time passcodes used to confirm phone ownership at sign-up or sign-in). When you provide your phone number on our verification page, you consent to receive a one-time verification code from Luvra Inc. via SMS. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
- What we collect: the phone number you submit, the delivery status of each verification code, and timestamps showing when codes were requested and verified.
- How we use it: solely for account verification, fraud prevention, and security alerts (such as notifying you of unusual sign-in activity). We do not use your phone number for marketing or promotional messages.
- Frequency: messages are sent only when you request a verification code or when a security event on your account requires confirmation. There is no recurring or scheduled marketing SMS.
- Opt-out: reply STOP to any Luvra SMS to immediately stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@clubluvra.com.
- Carriers and providers: SMS messages are delivered via licensed third-party telecommunications providers (such as Twilio) acting as data processors on our behalf. They are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations and may retain limited delivery metadata as required by carrier and regulatory rules.
No sale, no marketing sharing.
Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data collected by Luvra are not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. We do not transfer phone numbers to affiliates, advertisers, or any other party for commercial outreach. Your phone number is used solely for the verification and security purposes described above.
