This Cookie Policy explains how Luvra Inc. (“Luvra”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on clubluvra.com (the “Site”). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. We also use related technologies such as local storage, session storage, and pixels. Together we refer to all of these as “cookies” in this policy.

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

Strictly necessary

Required to deliver core functionality. Without them the Site does not work. Examples: authentication tokens that keep you signed in, CSRF tokens that protect form submissions, and session identifiers used by our payment processor.

Functional / preference

Remember choices you make so the Site behaves the way you expect. Examples: theme selection, language, recently-viewed creators, and which moments you have already watched.

Analytics

Help us understand how the Site is used in aggregate so we can improve performance and content. Examples: page-load timing, feed engagement, and crash reports. Where required by law, analytics cookies are loaded only after you consent.

Payment processor

Our payment processor sets cookies necessary to securely process card payments and to detect fraud. Luvra never receives your full card number; payments are entered into a secure form hosted by the processor. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for processor contact details.

3. Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings — most browsers let you block all cookies, accept only first-party cookies, or clear cookies on close. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break sign-in and payment.

Where required by law, we display a cookie consent banner the first time you visit. You can revisit your choices at any time from Settings → Privacy on your account page.

4. Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no industry standard for how to respond to this signal, and Luvra does not currently change behavior in response to it. We do honor opt-out choices made through our consent banner and the privacy controls in your account.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as the Site evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
